TST San Antonio will be hosting the 2027 Dirty South Hexennacht event Thursday April 29th to Monday May 3rd in New Braunfels, TX and we hope to see y’all there!

We are still in the planning phase, with more details to come, but have already reserved a VRBO and are now open to reservations here!!

Find your preferred accommodation using the below links, and complete the Google form in the above link to complete the reservation process.

Room/bed prices listed are for the entire 4-night stay and cannot be divided into a per night cost, so we hope you are able to join us for the entire time. However, by reserving, know that no one else will be using the sleeping arrangement you’ve paid for.

A minimum deposit of 20% of your room/bed total cost is required at the time of reservation; then a minimum of 50% of room/bed cost is required by February 1st; and the full balance is due by March 30th, 2027.

Once a room and/or bed is reserved I will update the room info notating the reservation.

This is an 18+ event which is open to Member’s of the Dirty South Congregations and their accompanying Allies.

Note: If for any reason we are unable to secure funding to pay for the stay by March 30th, we will have to cancel the event and request a refund from VRBO. In such case, all deposits and funds paid will be refunded.
